In light of the COVID-19 pandemic we felt now would be a good time to update you on how we are handling the situation here at Linley & Simpson.

4th January 2022 Update

For your peace of mind and the continued safety of staff, contractors, and all customers, here at Linley & Simpson we continue to monitor and react to government guidelines in relation to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the latest Omicron variant.

All our branches remain open for business as usual operating social distancing rules with use of masks, and hand sanitiser is available at all branches.

Whilst conducting property appraisals, property viewings, or carrying out property inventories all measures are adhered to including the wearing of masks and the use of gloves.

We do have contingency plans in place to continue operating business as much as possible should further restrictions be announced in the future.

Following the Prime Minister's recent announcement, and news that we will be entering another national lockdown, we wanted to let our customers know we are still here for you.

The property industry has been allowed to continue trading, meaning that people can buy, sell, rent and move during these difficult times.

What are we doing?

The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority but we are also wanting to make sure our service level to you, our customers, remains as high as possible. We will be following government guidelines with all safety precautions in place. We will be operating an appointment only system in our branches to minimise risk to customers and staff.

How we can help?

In all the usual ways you would expect but with all the relevant safety precautions in place. We are only a phone call away so if you are considering moving this year don’t delay getting in touch. We can organise virtual tours, remote valuations and discuss your moving requirements ready for when you are. If you are looking now we are ready to help, making sure your safety and health is our main priority.

Following the Government's announcement on Saturday, and further information that the housing market will remain open, we can confirm that we are OPEN and will continue to help Yorkshire move during these uncertain times.

We will still be following the Government’s guidelines and ensuring PPE and social distancing remains in place on all our viewings and valuations. The safety of our customers and staff still remains our number one priority.
